Motor Insurance
Q: If I have a Motor Insurance Policy from Arope, am I covered outside Lebanon?
Answer: No,
your Motor Insurance coverage is restricted to the Lebanese Territory
only. However, you can purchase an Orange Card
plan to cover you in one or
more Arab Countries as well.
Q: What
happens if I sell my car?
Answer: You can either transfer your policy to your new car, or transfer
it to the new car owner after securing the acceptance of both the new owner and
Arope.
Q: If a
relative of mine, or a friend, was driving my car and had an accident, will I
be covered?
Answer: Yes, as long as the Driver has a valid Driver's License.
Q: What if
my car broke down in the middle of nowhere?
Answer: With
every Motor Insurance policy from Arope, you have a free membership to
ACL Assistance
for Emergency Road Services covering the totality
of the Lebanese Territory, around the clock. All you have to do is call ACL
Assistance (number found on your ACL Card that you receive with your Policy),
or just dial our Customer Service Hotline and you will be taken care of.
Q: As the Driver, will
I be covered for Bodily Injury in my Motor Insurance Policy? What about Relatives of
mine?
Answer: If your policy is All-Risk, you and your relatives are covered.
If you have a Motor Third Party Liability Insurance, you are not covered,
nor are your Relatives. However, you can purchase an optional Coverage "Driver
and Related Passengers" to complement your existing one.

Q: Can I insure my Property (Apartment, Building) without its content?

optimum Property Coverage.

risk?
Answer: Yes, for sure.
