1. Call the nearest Arope Contracted Expert (name of which is present on the List of Expert that you get with every Arope Motor Policy. If List is not located, just call our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline). He will prepare a detailed Report and Assessment of the accident

2. Make an Official Declaration at Arope within 12 hours of the accident occurrence, including the following important details:

>> Date, Time & Place of the accident
>> Its Circumstances and Causes
>> Resulting Damages to involved vehicles.

In case of Bodily Injury

1. Call the nearest Arope Contracted Expert

2. Call the Ambulance for immediate Medical Care to the Injured

3. Call Arope immediately to declare the accident, or else refer to our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline

4. Make an Official Declaration at Arope within 12 hours of the accident occurrence, including the following important details:

>> Date, Time & Place of the accident
>> Its Circumstances and Causes
>> Resulting Material Damages & Bodily Injury.
